I have an accounting self hosted platform. It is in Laravel framework.
I want income and expenses combined to a single page. New page accessible through another menu item "Transactions (new)".
It should be editable with single click on any field.
There should be Add Income, Add Expense buttons on that page and once clicked, first row of the transactions table below should be ready for data entry for that record.
Each value when I type then either I press TAB or ENTER or Click outside that table then it should SAVE the record and notify with auto disappearing notification bubble.
At the bottom of the table there should be Total Amount, Total Dr. and Total Cr. values updating automatically when Total or Cr. or Dr. value entered.
When I enter Total Amount, the Total Cr. or Dr. values should be updated automatically based on the type of record. Income and Liability Amount -> Cr., Expense and Asset Amount -> Dr.
There will be column with buttons to upload file, view file and delete record. Edit of record will happen by just clicking on any value of the record. Drop downs will be always available to edit.
Page should show all records by default and option to show only 25 or 50 records per pages additionally to choose from.
There should be button on top of the table to generate Excel file of the filtered data below.
There should be option to filter data with combinations of Date Range, Transaction Type, Account and Category,
Table should be sorted based on column values high to low, low to high by clicking any column of the table.
Amount and Cr. should be green for Income and Amount and Dr. should be red for Expense type records.
