Modify NextJS and Laravel API Script

I have a NextJS Front End and Laravel API Backend the needs the attached Modifications. The Software should work as follows:
You start by creating a group list that will contain clients, you add a client and add them to the group. then you will create a price list that has an auction list and a destinations list when selected activate custom pricing that replaces the invoice shipping field in adding a new car.
After adding the price list with the special pricing you will proceed to the autos module and add a new auto. Inside the auto, you will pick the client, auction, point of loading, and destination, and based on your selection will pull the right pricing list and replace the invoice shipping price value. Other fields will be taken and the new car will be added. When the new car is added an invoice is auto-generated and payments can be done against that invoice.
The Auto details will show all the fields entered and the invoice and payments for that specific car.

Please note that the budget shouldn't exceed $500 and one week for delivery. The budget is final. Payment will not be released before all points in the documents are checked. This is not a project based on the time you spent on the project but on the results given and the stability of your code. You will be given access to github to update nextjs code and droplet on digital ocean to update laravel API. You will be handling anything related to SSL or droplet issues like os etc when you upload the code so you have to be proficient with managing droplets on digital ocean as long as app containers. Please write ireadthis on the beginning of your application and only apply if you have previous nextjs and laravel work to proof your expertise.
