Align Web & Mobile Tracking update system view

The mobile version of my logistics platform already shows reliable live updates and clear shipment information, but the web page is not same as Functionality is the core issue: real-time tracking updates never refresh, and the shipment details panel often loads blank. I need these two elements fixed so the online experience mirrors what I see on mobile—same data flow, same speed, same layout logic. The current stack is a PHP/Laravel back-end with a MySQL database feeding a JavaScript front-end that calls the tracking API. Nothing in the architecture should change; the goal is to troubleshoot, patch, and, if necessary, refactor the existing code so the web page consumes the same API endpoints and renders identical results. Deliverables • Repair real-time tracking feed so location pings update instantly without hard refresh. Acceptance Criteria ✓ Web tracking page auto-updates within the same 5 mins except if user refresh the page. ✓ No regression errors in authentication or other site sections after the update.
