Surrounding hardscape & planting Paved zones should flow naturally from the house toward the pool, offering safe, non-slip surfaces and subtle level changes. A low-maintenance, Mediterranean-tolerant plant palette is crucial, yet the overall geometry, lighting layout and furniture placement must stay unmistakably modern. Integrated seating area Please allow for a built-in seating nook (benched or sunken, your suggestion) that lets guests relax poolside without cluttering the deck with standalone furniture.
