Are we running Keycloak on Kubernetes with the Operator or on VM/container, and can I use the Terraform Keycloak provider with an admin client for CI? I like your plan. I will convert all realms, clients, roles, groups, flows, and authz policies into Terraform and wire GitLab CI so a merge applies changes to any env with no console clicks. I can work on your remote machine only and keep a 3–5 hour CST overlap. I faced a similar rollout where Keycloak was half manual and half code. I rebuilt it with Terraform modules and a clean env strategy so SSO worked across many services. I solved migration by using the mrparkers/keycloak provider, importing existing objects into state, storing secrets in GitLab masked vars, and adding preflight checks plus nightly realm exports for backup.
