I run a web hosting business and have plenty of experience with site cleanup. If your site was compromised, automated scanners can't be relied on. The site needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated, including extensions, to close the hole. Bid covers Joomla 2.5.x and 3.x and is for the cleanup only, as I do not do frontend work.
