Fix an existing Joomla template Code

The template made for the website [url removed, login to view] has a few errors. Some functionalities are not operative in Joomla 1.5.

What needs to get fixed:

1. The menu has to be added to the template with changing colors when clicked (see .jpeg)

2. The news item needs to be made so that i can easy enter news items in it (make it flexible/relative)

3. The 3 icons on the frontpage must work and have correct positions in Joomla.

All of the above should not take an experienced CSS/Xhtml/Joomla more than a couple of hours. Please only freelancers with a registration with local chamber of commerce respond. This is due to legal and tax reasons.

Posibility of future cooperation since we are looking for Joomla- template writers regularly.
