Build a Website - Concert Tickets Winner - open to bidding

Hi All,
I am looking for experts who can design a winning ticket [url removed, login to view] webistes is all about winning free e-tickets for the concerts happening all around the [url removed, login to view] can refer [url removed, login to view] for reference.
Once a user visit my website,he should first get registered either directly via facebook or using his email [url removed, login to view] Email also should be done for the same.
Once the done with this user should select his/her country and select the concerts mapped to his [url removed, login to view] example,if a user select france country all the concerts should get displayed.
There should be some mechanism where user should be shown the avaliable [url removed, login to view] i.e me will decide how many tickets i will allocate for each [url removed, login to view] the tickets are free user will be allowd to enter some contest(Which i will take care),once he completes his contest,the user will be redirected to autopage where his successfully participation would be shown and saved in database.
In future as a admin i will be adding more concerts free tickets where i will mention event time,day left for the events,free tickets,and the winner date announcement.
The website should be good eye ctaching one and simple too.
