Help with CSV improved by virtuemart for joomla website

I have a joomla website and would like to upload products thru csv improved. It takes me for ever to list products one at a time. The data feed will have all of these following:

product id

product name

product description

product price

full URL path to the product images

full URL path to the detail page of each product

qty in stock

Shipping price

Possible shipping destinations

Shipping courrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc)

UPC code (when available)

I need a template for this so i can upload large quantiy of products with few clicks. I think its not more than a $15 job.

I would like to test it out first & hopefully the selected candidate can help me out in uploading the data feed to the website correctly with the template. I will pay directly with paypal. Thank you for your help.
