Youtube API

I'm looking for someone to create a small piece of Javascript using the Youtube iFrame API. I have one, sometimes two, small Youtube videos on a page which have been inserted manually using the iframe code in my html. I have a link next to each video that loads the same video/iframe into a modal box for a slightly larger view. I'd like the link to also stop playback and start the video at the same position in the modal box, essentially getting the current play position and appending it to the youtube url. If Youtube have introduced something in their API for fullscreen that doesn't rely on the native browser full screen then that solution would be even better. Basically youtube have recently changed their player so that when the width of the player is under 292px it hides the full screen button.
