Vanilla JS Developer for Spine Animation Controller

I need a vanilla js developer to make a module/script for the spine animations controller. I have all the needed spine files and need a script that can be used and called from other scripts to preset, load, stop, remove, play, and control animation fully. I DONT NEED A CONTROLLER for users to do anything with animations it should be seamlessly integrated into the UI. WRITE "SPINE" AT THE TOP TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PROJECT!
