Simple Formula 1 Game of Ranking Racers

Job Description:
We have created a game of ranking formula 1 drivers using Excel. We have been successfully playing the game using Excel the past years but it has gotten quite big in that we dont have the manpower anymore to handle each game on Excel anymore. We are now looking to put the game on a website or preferably on an App, such that we can actually start playing the game with automatic updates and scale it up.
What we are looking for is a front end web/app developer that can take the underlining structure we have already build for a web game and turn it into a fully developed website / app.
The game is quite simple and does not require much. However, we do want to have a solution already now that can be scaled up quickly.
