Quick Javascript /Jquery Fix - Scroll to Center Function for Timeline Page

I have simple javascript fix that I need made. Currently, my page has a javascript function that has each section come into focus once the user scrolls to the top of page. I want to modify this function to instead come into focus once the user at the center of the page.
