ionic4 assistance needed with overlaying over video

Ive created an ionic4 app with some a [login to view URL], i want to be able to overlay the frame over the camera. i have tried to use cordova-camera-preview by importing
import { CameraPreview } from '@ionic-native/camera-preview/ngx';
and i have added [login to view URL](options); but its saying the plugin does not exist.
Can someone help me make a overlay over the camera preview so i can add selectable frames at the bottom so the user can choose frames to put over the cemera before they take the image.
