- horizontal lines starting and stopping at given dates

- jqplot 1.0.8 or later

- jquery-1.11.1 or later

- Left Y-axis: unique group names

- Top X-axis: month/year, can skip months based on data

- Ability to have title

- Horizontal colored lines with either a vertical mark or dots on

each end of the line.

- Style of other jqplot graphs, professional looking

- Takes a json list like the following:
