Oracle APEX already include full calendar library, but I don't know if it include the "Vertical Resource View" or not.
I tried many times to know this information from Oracle itself but unfortunately I didn't take an answer.
So, Can you help me by give me one month free of "Vertical Resource View" to my application. I'd like to test this view first. if it is work with me then I will buy it

To use the resource views you need to include the Scheduler code as well. I don't believe APEX has the Scheduler code in their library but you can download it from github here:

Note that since you are using version 3 of FullCalendar, you would need to use version 1.10.0 of Scheduler:
