I am looking to develop a project for my e-com site which can capture the dispute received.
1. System will read disputes from a CSV file or an API.
2. Will trigger a SMS and Email to the customer, with phone, I want to keep it as an option.
2. Based on the file or API feed the system will prepare documentation with approximately 20 fields.
3. Based on the customer's dispute the system will ask some questions and do some checking on CRM.
4 Finally the system will prepare a document in a desired format.
5. The preapred document will then be sent to desired location wither via API or FTP.
