browser based help compatibility for firefox

Our browser based help works well with IE6/7 but does not support firefox. The fix should result in identical behaviour compared to as it works now with IE7 (between brackets what currently goes wrong in Firefox) with the following testcases:

- start the page [url removed, login to view]

(does not open page in right frame, icons do not appear in tree, and when they appear they are misplaced)

- click on a node in the tree

(does not open the selected page)

- expand/collapse a node

- tab Index, select an item

(shows the page in right frame too low)

- tab Search, enter 'Document', GO

(shows not all found entries, problem with scrolbar)

- start [url removed, login to view]

(should open in frame [url removed, login to view])
