In order for you to bid on this project, you must be experienced in html/dhtml, xml, xslt and .net (c#). You should be an expert in making nice designs (graphics work included !!) for websites, and be able to make state-of-the-art webapplications (where you seperate the content from the design, completely, via xml/xslt).
This project consists of two steps;
1) A demonstration project, which you have to develop, zip and send to me, along with your expected hourly price (for the "Find a friend project", described in the attached RTF document). All details should be in the document.
2) The "find a friend" project ! if you are choosen as our new developer, we will proceede with you, and arrange how much work you should do for us, over the next weeks.
We will arrange the details, through mail or on MSN Messenger.
