I am looking for a good quality CSS/HTML coder to take a PDF file and build a basic 5 page website. Please see visuals. The site consists of Home page + 4 sub pages The site will need CUFON used for the menu and headings I expect the code to be clean, W3C valid, cross browser compatible, load optimised and SEO friendly. I am looking for a coder who is fast, helpful and with excellent English communication skills. Please do not bid unless you have excellent feedback showing you have done lots of PDF to Web conversions. *** WARNING: I will need the final site files by 10am GMT Friday 27th April 2012 ***
