Bounce House Redesign

This web site is for bounce house rentals for parties and other kiddy events. This site already exists, but needs to be redesigned. The layout is not exciting and the colors are a bit dull.
My client wants a more interactive and exciting web site. It's a 5-page web site. I have attached two pictures to give you a good idea of what my client already has.
The project budget is $50. I can't go any higher.
