I would like my input screen/form modified so that it displays on 1 computer screen, without any scrolling and works in all major browsers. The browsers are IE 7,8 and 9, Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I will attach an example of what my input screen should look like. I will also include to aspx page that needs to be modified/enhanced.
It is a Web Form that allows Referrals from one Doctor, be sent to another Doctor, commonly called a Specialist.
I would like all the modified properties to be maintained in [url removed, login to view] If any changes are done outside of [url removed, login to view], documentation is required.
Some of the required changes are Centering text in cells, changing the back-ground color of selected cells, centering the Title text, changing font size so that the form is more easy to read. Right now, most of the text is very small and is difficult for the average reader to see. I'm sure there is a Window standard somewhere. Also, increasing cell size, also changing the color divider line between rows, There are 6 divider lines. In my example, the divider lines go from the left margin to the right margin. There is a divider underneath New Patient, Remarks Medical History, Referring Doctor, Symptoms, Problem Teeth, and Select Treatment Location.
I would like 2nd box from the top (Remarks Medical History) to be changed to Remarks and/or Medical History.
The color of the divider line should be a shade of red, I believe it's called magenta. I'm not sure of the name, but you can see the difference between the red for the box --Check if this person is a Minor and the divider lines.
The form must be able to be resized. The user needs to be able to grab a corner of the form and re-size the form to the users preference. When the form is resized, the ratios should be maintained. In other words, when the box is resized, I don't want a large space between the left edge (or any edge) of the form and the edge of the expansion. If you're not sure what I mean, I can explain more if you accept the work.
The new size needs to be maintained so that when the user closes the form and then re-opens the form, the new form size is maintained/remembered.
When you are finished, there should be no errors, warnings or messages.
I can do this job easily. I will make the form design responsive so that it adapts to the size of the screen it is being viewed on. Please also provide the Site.css
