Website Draft (Revised)

I need a website that is ultra-professional looking. The type of site that would sway the decision of people deciding to do business with the company. The logo is black and white with red for contrast. I want a website that is a professional corporate looking site. NO TEMPLATES!! I'm envisioning a primarily black and white site with small bits of Flash, but NOT a Flash website. Just Flash components here and there. I've attached a modified logo with the company name hidden to protect the client until I decide who to use. For the sake of doing a mockup, just call the company QuickBond. But if you look at the logo attached, you'll probably get a good idea as to what I'm seeing. Menu with a black background and white text and the red and white "8" looking part of the logo used as a bullet that maybe flips around or swaps colors on mouseover. Maybe the text then changes to black and flips over onto the white to the right of the menu. They also use the words "innovate" and "accelerate", so I'd like to see a Flash clip that utilizes this somehow. Maybe the 8 part of the logo spits out those words and then the company name on a rotating basis or something in the upper left corner.
But basically I just need the one page that would serve as a template for the others. I'll do all of the website stuff and use the page you design as the main structure of the site. I just need the pieces. It is IMPERATIVE that I see samples of your work and a mockup. For those gifted in graphic design and Flash, this will probably only take you a couple of hours at the most if you're chosen, so this should be quick money.
Remember, I want an ultra professional look and feel that screams "this company is incredibly professional" or when people look at it, they say "too rich for my blood". I want that kind of response. Also, no canned responses on these bids. Canned responses will be ignored and not considered. Share your vision for this project with me. No idea is stupid.
