googlemaps tour website

We need a website where we can add route with information. So for example a viewer is guided through a historical tour in Amsterdam. The user will select the tour and then the tour starts (like [url removed, login to view]). In the right corner you see the googlemaps overview of the tour with markers where there is a historical spot. In the streetview we want to add markers with text that gives info about the historical spot.
Viewers can also add routes themselves. they will be checked first and then published.
For example see [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]
The application will be written in classic asp. We will do this ourselves, but let us know how you want the info from the database with lat lng info of all the spots.
