Browser Game MMORPG (Middle Ages, building up a city)

I‘d like to start a beautiful MMORPG Game. I think for first a Desktop Version should fit. Should be compatible to all mainstream Webbrowsers without the need of Flash. User Interface Design is going to be created by myself. The database should be built in a way, that can be used 100% safely. After some time passed after the Launch of the Game there might come some Mobile Version too. If you have inexpensive ideas for realizing a mobile version maybe some day, you have better chances to get the job. A Desktop Client for Win & Mac is planned too but that is far far away from where I am now. The game itself is being very detailed and smooth. The main playing part of the game will be like this: - You register for an account - You start with a city from the middle ages with some presets. (Gold, Ressources, Gems[the ingame "coins" that can be bought for real money], city population and so on) - You go through the Tutorial and the needed first steps to get everything running in the city. Like building houses, mines, farms, building warriors and heroes to fight with others on the map or defense the city, leveling up buildings and stuff like that.
