Modify Java App or Web form for upload data to firebase

I need to modify a java application or create a web form that allows me to upload information to firebase (Realtime database).
Is a business directory database. Ordered by Country > City > Category.
The current Java app also has a field to send Push Notifications (this is necessary to keep it intact).
