Mobile vending refreshments application for iPad -- 2

This is a vending refreshments program which currently used for to provide refreshments and snacks for all size corporate and businesses. This program has two parts and they works together. The main part is web based written in .Net and runs on a Windows 2012 server. The second part is written in iOS and runs on iPad and use WiFi and data connection to communicate with the server. The .NET program is also connected to the QuickBooks via an API. This is a native iOS application. I need modification on the current iOS code to stabilize the functions and also make the UI to a professional quality. We also need few new functions added to the current design – need the followings new additions: • Apple Standard UI: Design Vending Refreshment screens UI as per Apple standard and easy navigation and user friendly • RESTful: Integrate with the new [login to view URL] Version RESTful Service • Localization : Design provision for Localization in future, to translate to other languages (Arabic is exception, Test has to read from Right to Left)* • Offline Data: Design provision for supporting offline access to data, for selected screens • Bar code Scanner: Support external Bluetooth bar code scan to populate the SKU field (function currently exists but need to be integrated to the current screen) • Licensing control : Admin shall be able to control licenses to use application on iPad and charge accordingly • Performance: iPad application shall be performance optimized and memory management • Event log and Messages: System shall display proper messages and gracefully exit in case of error and exception. It helps to identify and investigate issues better • AppStore: After implementation should post in App store, but an license code will be generated and sent to activate on particular device only • Customized Theme: Customize themes for each customer, Logo, Description etc. The bid winner must agree to follow the Freelancer rules and contract. Only the Employer will have the completed project and any related information copyright rights. A written permission will be required from the Employer for future use of any part of this project. The project timeline is short and mutually agreed deadline must be kept. The bid winner must submit a list of delivery dates including project start/end date.
