This project is for the creation and delivery of a Java applet-based screen recorder, to include audio.
The ability to also record from a web-camera is optional but would be nice to have. I may pay an extra bonus for this feature if it is included and if it works across both PCs and Macs.
The scenario for this applet's use will be as an 'inline' screen recorder for use for recording website activity for support and feedback purposes. The goal is to allow the user to record a screencast with the absolute minimum of fuss and also a minimum of window shuffling (you know what I mean).
I've left the technology considerations up to the bidder but for clarity's sake this will be installed on an IIS7 box running on Windows 2008 R2, and the web application which will invoke the applet will be using ASP.NET. I would also appreciate some documentation (nothing extensive) and an installation/deployment/integration plan so that it is fool-proof to deploy onto the server.
The attached PDF illustrates how this applet will fit into the web form sequence.
Whilst I have no problem with the use of open-source libraries and/or existing code that you may have written previously, I would expect all source code and materials to be included and the payment considered as a final settlement for the commercial use of the applet. I am however placing no restriction on your subsequent re-sale or re-purposing of any code you create.
NOTE: I will also offer a $250 bonus if the winning party's solution exceeds expectations, and if this works out I would like to offer that person further opportunities for subsequent development work.

Dear rtbuntra, We are highly interested to work with you with a commitment to accomplish the task within the stipulated time. Please accept our bid. Details are in PMB. Thanks, Euphern.
Hi, This is a challenging applet. Would be more than happy if I could show you my skills I aquired in Java. Cross platform comptaibility is not a problem. Please let me now if you want me to start on the development.
