Global hotkeys with JIntellitype

I want to use a .dll library in my projects that will make use of global hotkeys in windows apps.

The .dll I want to use is called jintellitype and here is a working example of it:

But I am finding the code in this example a bit confusing...

I need a piece of code very much like this that requests focus on a JDialog or on a JFrame once a given hotkey is pressed.

I suppose this code can get much simpler because I just want to use one global hotkey, nothing else.

Can you provide me with a general solution for that? I am sure you can use the example above to come to a simpler piece of code that I can then use in my projects.

For instance, in my late project I have my app working just fine. But whenever my JDialog looses focus it will not listen to the keyboard anymore so I would like to have a hotkey, for instance ALT+Shift+P, request focus of my JDialog.
