Developer needed to fix broken IONIC plug-in -- 2

Hello all, We're developing a hybrid app that utilities an outdated/unmaintained Cordova plug-in. What is the plug-in function? Get access to a mobile user's DCIM folder and displays photos in their associated folders so the user can make multiple selection of the photos he/she needs. What is wrong with it? Because it's old, it's incompatible on iOS 5+, Android 29, Cordova 10. For example: When setting "android-targetSdkVersion" to 29 (API level 29), it gives this error when getting albums: “near "GROUP": syntax error (Sqlite code 1 SQLITE_ERROR): , while compiling: SELECT bucket_id, bucket_display_name FROM images WHERE ((is_pending=0) AND (is_trashed=0) AND (volume_name IN ( 'external_primary' , '3835-3163' ))) AND ((1) GROUP BY 1,(2)) ORDER BY datetaken DESC, (OS error - 2:No such file or directory)” What do we want you to achieve? 1. Update the plug-in to be compatible with the recent API releases mentioned above & support Swift, Xcode 2. Stability on iOS 3. (DATE_TAKEN issue): when viewing the same photo folder on different Android devices it doesn't return the correct Date taken info, instead it returns a default JAN 01, 1970 while some devices have no problem displaying the correct date.
