Japanese teacher

I am organizing an online Japanese class and am looking for a Japanese teacher that is willing to teach in a more experimental environment.
What is required:
- reasonably powerful Computer with stable broadband internet connection ( [login to view URL] )
- Japanese language proficiency with clear pronunciation
- reasonable English language proficiency with clear pronunciation
For the time, we are thinking two hours a lesson and two times a week between 14:00 and 24:00 UTC.
Lessons should follow a book like Genki or Minna no Nihongo, to give the students or future teachers some idea where they left of. I am aiming for a class size of 10 students.
Some, if not most, students will be using an HMD (Head Mounted Display). I am available for any technical questions.
