Description: Answering customer inquiry via email for subscription model service provided in Indonesian
Max emails: 50-100 per month (est. 30 emails will be escalated to clients)
Working time: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm ICT), answer within 1 business day.
Manual：Will provide FAQ, answering manual in English or Japanese
Contract Term：3 month (1 month probation)
