Video player for OTG USB thumb drive -- 3

I need a good app developer. Build an app for me. Basically, the app should do the following:
1. The app can be installed on the phone from the OTG USB thumb drive
2. The app can then be able to play videos stored on the OTG USB thumb drive
3. Videos stored on the OTG USB thumb drive, cannot be played by other apps or other devices
4. Videos will be stored in folders on the USB thumb drive. The folder names are the category names. So, the app will list videos by categories. There will be thumbnails for the videos. When user tap on the thumbnail, then the video plays.
5. After viewing X number of times, the video will not be playable anymore (play a video for Y number of minutes, then it is considered as played 1 time, i.e. add 1 to the played counter, when reached X, then this video is not playable anymore)
6. Support .SRT subtitle
7. Videos must be able to resume playing where they are previously left
Notes 1:
1. If videos need to be encrypted so that they cannot be played by other video players, the decryption must be fast, so that the videos can be played almost instantly when the user taps to play it.
2. The app must be able to support a large number of videos (for example 200 videos), and video files could be large, such as 600MB per video file. So, please make sure the app is fast.

1. This is a mainly mobile app project
2. I expect the freelancer to be online at least a couple of hours every day, so that I know you are working on the project.
