3D Video Game Development

I'm looking to make a series of 3 video games 2 mins long per game, the scenarios are below. Quality must be High Polygon Count equivalent to PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 quality but will run on a Windows PC as well as Apple iPhone to cover the Windows and Mac audience. I'm willing to work with existing game engines. 3D Video Game Development This Game will be used for police recruitment inspiration at tradeshows, it's designed to present the skills a police officer requires. These games will also be displayed in their recruitment office and downloadable over the web. Customers must sign up before they can play, this is for database collection. The video games and will be split into 3 mini games which will be released every 3 months to the public and will require the following scenes. At the beginning of each game, the player can choose Male or Female Officer which will be branded with a custom police crest on their uniforms and on the vehicles, guns and any items within the game. They will be greeted with an animation which will present instructions for this. This will be visually presented with text instructions on the screen and a voiceover. START: The player is presented with a form to enter their name and email address which will go into an online or local database (CSV File) GAME 1) First Person Shooter Scene, Policeman chasing a bad guy on foot and placing him under arrest. Policeman will chase after a badguy and if he catches up to him he will be presented with a series of options. a) tackle him to the ground and hand cuff him and read him his rights b) taser him and hand cuff him and read him his rights c) Do nothing and let him get away where he loses the game. Upon winning, player is awarded with a message “You are born to be a COP” If bad guy gets away, or badguy dies he loses the game and will be greeted with a message, being a COP Takes Training. GAME 2) Driving Scene, Police car is given a set of instructions on screen as an animation prior to the game starting, this is a message about a Crime that happened and directions from his current location to the crime seen. This pre animation must be visually intense and interesting with sound effects, flashes, bangs etc. This can also be complimented with a voiceover and intense crime sounds. a) If the officer successfully follows the directions to the screen then he arrives on location then he saves the victim or the crime from happening. He's given a time limit as well. The instructions are for example, that your 3rd right and first left ontop "Mulberry Street" it's your 5th house on the right. There will be a little map in the lower left corner which will be presented as "helicopter directions" which will show him as a DOT on a grid. Otherwise he will be given no directional instructions as he's running through the street other then the little helicopter assistance map in the lower left hand corner. 3) Target Practice. The Player is presented with an animation of instructions, these instructions will show the targets at the gun range moving side to side and front to back and will be real life drawings of the actual gun ranges and targets at these gun ranges within our province (I will supply images and 3D world and Targets must be drawn). The player can choose between the two available gun ranges, indoor and outdoor gun ranges within our province. The Game will start in beginner series with the targets close by, as the player shoots with accuracy the targets will move further and further back so the player will have to shoot with more accuracy to hit the targets and gain points. Another target shooting practice the targets will move side to side as they do in the real life outdoor gun range and the player will have to shoot the moving targets, they will start off moving slow but as the player progresses they will get faster and faster.
