Hello, I´m working with a homecare company, which provide services for the elder. Generally the elder requires about 3-4 visits a week.
My idea is to create an app, that allows mainly related to follow the visits from our employee.
The app needs to consist of 4 main things:
- a login (for each client - which links their information)
- a schedule over previous and upcoming visits option
- a live chat option and phone option
- a event option (which needs to updated regularly)
I think 3 of the points speak for themselves, however
for the option 'a schedule over previous and upcoming visits', I would like to have a option that shows our employee's ID (e.g name, surname, age, from etc).
So, when going on the 'a schedule over previous and upcoming visits'
you shall be able to see, what time and who is going to visit the client.
Obviously we have specific colors that our company use. Also, although we are mainly targeting the family members and friends related to the elder, we want the app to be as simple as possible.
But apart from that, I'll be happy to hear any suggestions on the app!
