iPad Magazine

We are from Brazil and we need to create an app to put our magazine into iPad. It should be similar to "EXAME" app (see on App Store, pls).
We will provide the PDF or other format file, and need a plataform to convert and upload the magazine each month. They must be saved and available to download anytime.
The users can download, like the "EXAME" magazine, every month, saving them in a library. We'll provide all the infrastructure, data base, middleware, etc...
The plataform must be ready to be used with other magazines. In this case, when we have more magazines, we need to create a new app, only. The server will be able to feed them.
