I am seeking assistance with a live Ionic React app that I have been working on. Unfortunately, I have encountered two significant problems with the application and require your expertise to help me resolve them.
Firstly, the app is not working on certain devices. During the development phase, I conducted extensive testing on various platforms and devices. However, it seems that the app is malfunctioning specifically on some devices. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause of this problem and implementing a fix to ensure compatibility across all devices.
Secondly, while attempting to address the device compatibility issue, I made some incorrect manipulations to the project. As a result, the app is no longer building successfully. This has rendered me unable to make any updates or deploy new versions of the app. I am seeking your guidance to help me rebuild the app correctly and restore its functionality.
Here's what I am looking for in terms of assistance:
Building the App: I will provide you with the project files in a zip format. My request is for you to build the app on your system and verify if it builds successfully without encountering any errors. I will share the necessary files and instructions to assist you in this process.
Device Compatibility: Once the app is successfully built, I need your expertise to investigate why the app is not running properly on certain devices. I require assistance in identifying and resolving any compatibility issues that may be causing the app to malfunction on specific devices. This may involve debugging, testing, and making necessary adjustments to the code.
Remote Assistance: I also request your guidance and support in resolving the issue I encountered during my own attempts to fix the app on my system. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide remote assistance to help me understand the problem and guide me through the necessary steps to fix the issue on my local development environment.
