Convert QuickBooks Enterprise 2012 Company File to QuickBooks Enterprise 2020

We're using QuickBooks Enterprise 2012 and need to have the Company File converted to one of the following formats: QuickBooks Enterprise 2017, Enterprise 2018, Enterprise 2019 or Enterprise 2020. The reason that we need to have the file converted, is so that we can import it into QuickBooks Online: So the result of your conversion of our file, must be that we can import it into QuickBooks Online (Essentials version). We do not use QuickBooks for inventory tracking. We do have part#s (SKUs) in QuickBooks for the purpose of invoicing customers. If you do not have QB Enterprise 2017 or later, then use the trial version of 2020 to make the conversion. I have the license key for the trial version of QB Enterprise 2020. I could not get QB Enterprise 2020 to install on any of my PCs (which are running Windows 10 or Windows 7), nor could I get it to install on a Windows 2012 server, nor a WIndows 2008 R server. I simply downloaded the free trial version of QB Enterprise 2020, on [login to view URL], and on the download page, they give you the license key. My intention is that we will only use the trial version to convert the file to Enterprise 2020. Once the file is converted, I will upload it to QB Online, and thenceforth will use QB Online (not the desktop version).
