Freelance Recruiter Needed

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to take full ownership of filling a mid-level, full-time Human Resource Manager position. This is a confidential job search, conducted outside the company for discretion, and you will manage the entire hiring process. Responsibilities - Create an engaging job advertisement that attracts qualified candidates. - Actively source passive candidates and screen applicants. - Conduct first-round interviews, focusing on both technical knowledge and cultural fit. - Perform reference checks and provide a concise shortlist of qualified candidates for final interviews with our internal team. The Human Resource Manager role requires strong people-centric skills, alongside a solid understanding of labor law, benefits administration, and modern HRIS platforms. Your assessment methods should effectively reflect this balance. Sourcing Channels You are expected to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, niche HR communities, and any additional channels you deem effective. Access to your own subscription tools will be considered a plus. Deliverables - Refined position briefs created in collaboration with me and posted on agreed-upon channels. - Weekly pipeline report detailing outreach metrics, candidate status, and next steps. - A vetted shortlist of 3–5 candidates per role, including résumés, interview notes, and salary expectations. - Optional: Scheduling and coordination of final interview rounds with our internal team. Success Criteria Success will be measured by a successful offer acceptance and timely candidate onboarding.
