Important: 100% payment for closed sale, with bonus for overfulfillment. The primary target demographic is multi-generational families. The primary objective of each sales call is to close the sale. Targeting calls to families internationally. Each call is expected to last between 10-15 minutes. Each sales call should aim to close an immediate sale. Calls should be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Each telemarketer is expected to make 50-100 calls per day. A CRM system will be provided to track call outcomes and manage leads. Telemarketers should make calls during peak hours for higher engagement. Peak calling hours should be based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
