This role is dedicated to establishing genuine connections with potential members—primarily freelance line producers and fixers—across targeted cities. Your efforts will help expand our community by generating leads, contacting them via email and phone, and engaging them with our free registration process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one outreach to connect with potential platform members. Generate and manage leads, identifying freelance line producers and fixers in specified cities. Build meaningful relationships to encourage community growth. Provide high-quality customer support to new members. Implement community-building activities to enhance member engagement. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with community engagement or community-building initiatives. Ability to use a human-centered approach in professional interactions. A passion for helping others and fostering relationships.
