We are looking for independent, result-driven Sales Commission Agents to represent our chemical products in assigned territories. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, developing customer relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders across industrial segments. This position is purely commission-based, ideal for experienced chemical sales professionals with an existing network in manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers in targeted industries such as: Plastics & Polymers PVC processing (pipes, profiles, cables, fittings) paints, coatings, or allied chemical industries Promote and sell assigned chemical products (additives, stabilizers, intermediates, etc.). Generate enquiries, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and close sales. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company for: Technical coordination Sample approvals Order follow-ups Provide market intelligence on: Pricing trends Competitor activity Customer requirements Ensure timely collection coordination (supporting accounts team where needed). Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Commission Structure Commission-based remuneration linked directly to: Order value Payment realization Commission percentage to be finalized based on: Product category Territory Volume potential No fixed salary; high performers can earn uncapped commissions. Candidate Profile Mandatory Experience in chemical sales / distribution / trading. Strong network with industrial buyers or processors. Good understanding of: Chemical products & applications B2B sales cycles Pricing and credit dynamics in chemicals Preferred Prior experience as: Commission agent Channel partner Distributor sales executive Familiarity with PVC additives or specialty chemicals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skills Required Strong negotiation and communication skills Market mapping and customer acquisition ability Commercial understanding of margins, credit, and logistics Professional ethics and long-term relationship mindset Engagement Model Independent commission agent (not an employee).
