I have a project you may be interested in:
I'm looking for a serious and long-term cooperation, only legit techniques and the best practices. You will be solely responsible for all marketing efforts so you must be able to make analytical decisions regarding investment in channels and strategies that produce the most sales.
After years of auction sales, our first version of the site is out: [url removed, login to view] We sell services for online games (like World of Warcraft power leveling). Although we are not competing with price (trust, quality and user experience is our top priority), most of our produces are priced very competitively and we probably have the widest selection and the best product descriptions in the industry (item database), which will make your job easy. Services we sell sometimes cost 1000$, but I do not wish to alienate small spenders either (average purchase is about 20$), so target area is quite broad.
Job will involve everything related to advertising and branding but for now mainly SMM and consultation (a few hours a week at start should be enough). I expect you to at least help me with:
- tips, policies and schemas for creating content, e.g. the best practices for filling out meta or URL category/structure
- improving landing pages and sales-specific content (generic, not related to any game in particular), like working with designers to add graphic and improving/advising about creation of tutorials/FAQ/About etc. to build customer's trust
- professional SM setup using the best practices (filling profiles + monitoring and optimizing)
- developing and executing long-term marketing strategy (advertising campaigns, promotions, events etc.)
This is just a general idea and I never did any marketing before, so it will be your job not to miss anything related to the subject.
Note that as gaming niche is pretty unique, you can't create any meaningful content for me so all text and images will come from me - you just wrap it and post it. I'm against spammy updates, my customers are busy people - so busy that they pay us to play games for them so I doubt they will have time or need to read meaningless updates. I want important posts only, of course if this approach is wrong, I'm open to suggestions!
thank you :)
