Effectively communicate and educate customers on the technical architecture of the services.
Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Clearly document technical details to customers throughout the lifecycle of our relationship.
Be able to solve problems and propose innovative ideas and solutions to help achieve scalability of the product.
Contribute to the continuous improvement tools and onboarding processes
Work with Customer Success Managers & Data Analysts to produce dashboards and implement processes to continually analyse the smooth functioning.
Become the go-to contact for the customer success team for all things related to integration & tracking.
