The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and personal objectives. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative.
• Obtain prospects information such as company name, contact name, email address, and other information. The expected activity level for this position is 100 prospects per day.
• Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed work tasks.
• A proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Independent contractor with annual salary and escalating, performance-based commissions and bonuses.
