JOB DESCRIPTION: HengkoArt specializes in designing and manufacturing home decor items, including table decorations, wall art, photo frames, and other accessories. We are looking for a Facebook Advertising Specialist to develop ideas and build marketing strategies to expand product reach into international markets. WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Candidates can choose to work in the office or remotely. WORKING HOURS: • In-office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT+8), including a 1-hour lunch break. • Remote work: Flexible hours but must ensure tasks are completed and results are reported weekly. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Research and analyze market trends and competitors. • Develop advertising strategies for products. • Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns, optimizing performance and reporting results. • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing Facebook advertising. • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and performance analysis. • Strong communication and writing skills. • Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
