I am looking for some who can run and handle our company FB ads and generate high-quality leads. This will be long term work, however, for the first month we will pay 15% of our ad spent and if your quality of work is good then we will increase the budget accordingly.

Qualities we are looking for in a freelancer

1. Facebook ADS Expert

2. Should know targeting skills according to the niche

3. Musk knows how to install create retarget and look like the audience camping

4. Must have knowledge scaling the ADS and optimizing

5. Must ready to listen properly to our requirements

6. Must have the knowledge to write a good copy that converts

7. Incase if the need should be able to create graphics for ADS (optional)
