We are seeking a proficient, reliable and energetic Front Desk Administrator who will represent our business professionally to clients that walk in our door as well as those that contact us via the telephone.
Our office is fast-paced requiring this person to wear multiple hats. You will interact with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors for various companies as well as our own agents. This individual will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills and ensure tasks are completed quickly and correctly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer the multi-line telephone and follow-up or forward as required
Manage the Supra Lockbox Inventory
Coordinate and help plan Social Gatherings
Learn various Real Estate related software (MFR, MLS, Post Machine)
Once a software expert assist agent with troubleshooting errors
Use the copier, fax and scanning functionality to manage documents
Perform light maintenance keeping office tidy and clean
Qualification & Skills
Great communication both in person and over the phone
Real Estate experience is perfect
Comfortable learning new software
Enjoys learning new things daily
Proficient in Word, Excel and Internet searches
Interest in or knowledge of Social Media, Web Marketing
A minimum of 2 year of office experience
