Chinese Marketer

I am in the process of building a Marketing Consultancy business in NZ and believe I may have some upcoming work that is going to necessitate some mainland Chinese marketing experience, as well as WeChat setup/possibly ongoing management. I am wanting to build long-term relationships with a number of different experts so I can focus on delivering strategy for my clients and running my business and therefore need a team of reliable people to work with.
I am only an English speaker, but I would be interested to hear more about your experience running Chinese marketing campaigns using Chinese media, in particular WeChat and WeiBo. I would like someone with a working knowledge of the media landscape in China. I have a thorough understanding of the Chinese media landscape within NZ, so don't need help with channel recommendation here, but obviously I can't speak or write Chinese so would need help with that also.
If you have a scalable hourly rate depending on the size of the project can you please advise your pricing? Also if you could send some examples of your work I would be really grateful.
Please ignore the pricing on the project below, I have just left it as default as at this point I do not have a specific project in mind. What I am trying to achieve however, is to build a team of people I want to work with on an ongoing basis, so I can focus on building my business.
I also need people competent in all aspects of (English) digital marketing including Facebook, AdWords, PPC, CRM systems (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, PipeDrive, Hubspot, etc), marketing automation, list and database management experience (segmentations, audience analysis, lookalikes, remarketinging, etc), Instagram, SEO, SEM, website development (using best practice white hat SEO). So if you can do any of all of that as well, I'll be a very happy lady indeed!
