We are currently building this product as a small team of three founders, and we divide the operational costs among ourselves. Our focus right now is building a scalable and practical solution for restaurants. To answer your questions: • Cash Handling: At the moment, restaurants can log both cash and online payments manually within the dashboard. We are also working toward deeper POS-style integrations in future updates. • Inventory Auto-Deduction: Currently, we do not have automatic inventory deduction like advanced POS systems. However, it is in our roadmap as we expand into a more complete restaurant management solution. • Non-Smartphone Users: Our platform works across all devices — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Customers can access menus easily via QR codes or direct links. • Non-Tech Savvy Customers: If a customer is not comfortable using the system, restaurant staff can log the order or sale on their behalf. The system is flexible enough to allow that. • Loyalty / Points System: That’s a great suggestion. We are planning to introduce a loyalty and reward points feature in future versions to encourage repeat customers and build long-term engagement. Currently, we have two active restaurant clients who are very satisfied with the service. In addition to digital menus and website presence, we actively promote restaurants using their images and videos. For restaurants interested in premium services, we also manage their social media marketing as an add-on.
